Pacific Rental Solutions, Inc. (PRS) delivers transparent ASP hosting services, including the deployment, integration, access, training, management and support of of our rental, accounting and e-commerce software, with a minimal up-front investment in servers, people and resources and at guaranteed service levels.

From a customer perspective, you are purchasing a single service from a single point of contact, PRS. Behind the scenes, however, a complex ASP supply chain exists to deliver a variety of competencies in the areas of services, networking and applications, to name just a few.

The ASP hosting rates below do not include the RCMS Professional or other PRS products licensing (this must be purchased separately). Nor does it include the network operating system and client access licenses (CALs), these must be supplied by the end user. The rates below reflect hosting services only.

PRS offers a flexible ASP hosting plan with a range of options to suit your individual needs:

ASP Hosting

As the basis of our ASP hosting service PRS provides, manages and maintains all the ASP hardware, network and security environments for you. On top of this PRS offers a range of options for customers to customize their particular needs. For customers who prefer to have the technical aspects of ASP hosting handled for them, PRS can manage all the administrative needs of the server software environment. For customers who already have IT staff and skills PRS offers an option that allows self-administration of the server software environment. PRS offers a range of bandwidth usage needs and also backup plans.

Hardware and Hosting $249.00/month + $500.00 Set-Up fee

* PRS Network Administration:
Our PRS network administration services includes up to 2 hours of network administration per month. Network administration services include:

Windows updates, hot fixes
Symantec corporate-level Anti-virus updates
monitoring the server error log
managing user passwords, privileges and group policies
managaing DNS configurations
drive mapping
Additional time, if required will be billed at PRS's hourly rate.

* RCMS Database Maintenance:
Services include:

Applying latest RCMS updates
Re-indexing of application files and system files
Verifying file structures and indexes
Validating databases
Clearing flags (including active users, locks, temporary balances, active sessions, temporary files)

Terms and Summary of Fees

The contract term for PRS Managed Servers is month-to-month with a 3 month minimum and will continue on a month-to-month basis thereafter unless you notify PRS by email or in writing.
100% of the Startup Fee is required to initiate the order: Startup Fee consists of the Setup Fee plus one-month’s Recurring Fee.
All customers must be pre-approved with the PRS Systems Credit department before an order can be processed. Contact your Account Executive for an application.
